“We are asleep with compasses in our hands”
We hope you and your loved ones are well.
What a world we currently find ourselves in…
We have not lost hope and are merely planning to set sail somewhat slower than anticipated. At the moment we are doing our regular pre-season jobs and the ships are looking better and better each day. This will give us the opportunity to ‘cast off’ as soon as it is allowed, and to enjoy the first trips with you to their fullest.
In regards to the current crisis with the Corona Virus ( COVID-19), we have understandably received many questions and concerns from your side. We are trying the very best we can to handle the situation in a way that is the least disruptive for all involved. New measures and regulations are being imposed on a daily basis, making it extremely difficult for us to plan further than a short time ahead.
At the moment, we can inform you of the following:
We’d kindly ask you to turn the deposit fee you have already paid into a voucher, for those trips that will be unable to start due to currently imposed regulations. These vouchers will be valid as a deposit towards another ‘replacement trip’ with us, which could occur later this year (2020) or be planned for next season (2021). To expand the possibilities to use this voucher, you can also give the voucher away to another person.
We hope for your understanding during this difficult time, and look forward to seeing you on board as soon as possible!
